The artist’s creativity range varies from plastic art of small forms up to the interior, prize-winning, decorative landscapes, and monumental sculpture executed in bronze, marble, granite, precious and decorative stone.

His works amaze by perfection of lines, meticulousness of performance. An impression appears that the master manages to revive metal and stone, having penetrated in their unknown, concealed properties.

The sculptor’s personal exhibitions were successfully held in Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Helsinki, Vienna, London, New York, and Paris.

They have brought to the master wide popularity and recognition of the brightest stars of native and world culture: Maya Plisetskaya, Pier Cardin, Michel Legran, Nikita Mikhalkov, George Zhzhenov, Oleg Jankovskiy, Makhmud Esambaev, Anatoly Sobchak and many others.

Mitroshin’s works are kept in collections of the known statesmen: the president of Russia V. V. Putin, the president of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbaev, the first Russian president B. N. Yeltsin, as well as V. S. Chernomyrdin, E. M. Primakov… 

His sculptural prizes have been awarded at many prestigious festivals and competitions. They are: The International ballet contests Maya and the one in memory of Rudolf Nureyev, Contest of young vocalists under the aegis of Elena Obraztsova, Golden Eagle — the Russian national film festival, Sozvezdiye (Constellation) and Yuzhniye Nochi (Southern Nights) film festivals.
